Service Description

An Energising Class to Become Strong, Sharp, Fast and Mobile in Midlife & Beyond. We will use weights and elastic bands to build and maintain myofascial, bone and muscular strength. Adding functional movement to respiration we will build a strong pelvic floor. Please bring plenty of water and your yoga mat and let's start the journey together.
