I will design a fitness and nutrition program tailored to your needs and goals to achieve maximum results. I will work closely with you to the best of my abilities guiding you through any challenges you may encounter.

We can train at Saldean Lido Gym, your home, garden, local park, or any other venue that suits you. You will dictate the frequency of your training sessions so they can easily fit with your schedule.

I will use different techniques for full-body training, deep core work, pelvic floor, bodyweight training, or using different levels of resistance bands, TRX, dumbbells, weighted body bars, kettlebells, ViPr, sandbags.

It is essential to follow nutrition guidelines to help burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve overall health.

One Hour FREE Consultation: I will take bodyweight, measurements, general health check, and chat about likes/dislikes, lifestyle, goals, and level of commitment.

One Hour Training: £40

16 Sessions: Discounted to £540 if paid upfront

10 Sessions: Discounted to £350 if paid upfront

Joint 10 Session: Couples or 2 friends training together - £35 per person per hour or Discounted £330 (£33.00 per person per hour) each if paid upfront.

The free one-hour consultation applies to all individuals.

If you find it difficult to leave your house or haven’t enough time to make your sessions but need support while working out, you can have the option of     Live Virtual Personal Trainer sessions. The FREE consultation will be arranged via video call after you have completed the health questionnaire

Ante-Natal/ Pregnancy 1-2-1 Training Sessions

Why do we want to exercise in pregnancy?

Improve health, endurance, preparing for labor and delivery, feeling confident in your body, decreasing anxiety around the ‘event’, establish a good life strategy moving forward from pregnancy, post-natal, and to life beyond.

The Department of Health guidelines point to 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity per week but it’s mostly listening to your body and adapting. If you were active before pregnancy, keep going – If you were not, start gradually… you wouldn’t run a marathon without training, and labor can be just as long.

Whatever your starting point is, I am here to help you get strong and ready for the delivery, improve physical and cardiac function, decrease the risk of gestational diabetes and hypertension, limit weight gain and fat retention, improve mental health and fitness.

Remember for women who exercise during pregnancy: labour is shorter, easier, less complicated, with pelvic floor exercise being key.

All training programs will start with a fully remote/electronic health check questionnaire to make sure you qualify to train. If you do, we will have a face-to-face screening session where we will discuss other aspects of your journey as a mum, including nutrition guidance for a healthy pregnancy.

The initial consultation is £50, which will include a FREE 40 minutes exercise session.

Post-Natal 1-2-1 Training Sessions

Future-proofing your body means lying down those positive foundations using specific techniques that will help you be strong again from the deep core, with pelvic floor exercises, improving diastasis recti (the gap in your tummy), lower back pain, preventing pelvic organs prolapse, overall body strength.                                           Any leaks when laughing, coughing, sneezing, running, or jumping are signs that you need to pay attention to your pelvic health.

All things that need to be addressed now will ensure a healthier future.

I will help you in your journey of exercise, rest, self-care, breathing, and especially nutrition which is the key part of your body rehabilitation, healing, and recovery.

Pelvic Floor Health – 1-2-1 sessions

Pelvic Floor Health has a fundamental role in the well-being of the female population to improve sexual health and pleasure, avoid/prevent/improve symptoms of Incontinence, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Pelvic Organ Prolapse.

With the so-called ‘Kegel Exercises’ combined with fitness movements you will enhance your sexual health by improving blood circulation to your vagina and pelvic floor, relaxing your vagina muscles to help with the pain during intercourse, making it easier to reach orgasm, and increasing vagina lubrication.

Any leaks when laughing, coughing, sneezing, running, or jumping are signs that you need to pay attention to your body.

1 in 3 women reports some degree of Pelvic dysfunction and the advertisers/ manufacturers trying to normalize wearing incontinence pads for leaking are just disempowering women to find solutions to their situation. So much can be done with an effective Pelvic Health Exercise Programme and appropriate nutrition.

Whenever you had a baby, even if they are now in their teen years, it’s never too late to get a better functioning Pelvic Floor and Core. With age, the weakness created in the pelvis by pregnancy can become evident later on especially during menopause.

Online Programming

What is your goal? Would you like to lose weight? Wear those jeans you haven’t worn for ages? Feeling healthier and energized? Sleep better and improve your mood?  Feel body confident - just tone up?

Do you currently have a gym membership but are not sure what to do at the gym? 

 

This is the program for you. This is not a quick-fix program. It is a lifestyle change, vital for your health and proof of your resilience.

After you pay for the online program:

 

-First step: you will complete the health questionnaire, and answer a few questions about your health, goals, and provide measurements.

-Second step: I will send you the workout that you can complete at home or the gym, with any equipment you have available or simply your own body weight to achieve the best result possible for the time you have available. The workout will be clear and videos of the exercises provided.

I will help you to understand nutrition and healthy eating.

-Third step: after you have all the information you can contact me via email with any questions about your program and any movements/exercises that are not clear.

-Fourth step: 5-week check, result checking, and vision for the future.

(There is an option of seeing me for a 

1-2-1 session to go through all the exercises if you don't feel confident if you wish at a discounted price when you purchase the online program).

NatalStrength®

For those Ante-Natal/Pregnant women who want to keep lifting safely and for Post-Natal women who want to safely go back lifting after they have strengthened their core after birth. (See Post-Natal session for returning to exercise mums).

The workout is divided into 10 progressive levels until the Summit movement (e.g. Press Up, Dead Lift…) is reached. It’s proofing your body for strength training for the long term.

In the initial consultation, we will discuss where you are in terms of your body recovery and what the future looks like for you.

My advice is to start with a minimum of 2 sessions per week until you are confident with the movements and technique – then one session could be sufficient, but homework will be necessary to reach a good level of movement.

Classes

Classes at Saltean Lido Gym:

 1230 to 1320: Midlife- Meno Full Body Workout. A specific class for women going to or in their midlife: Peri and Menopause.

We will be explaining how to exercise using the pelvic floor effectively which will help manage those awkward fears of laughing, sneezing, and coughing. We will work the muscles to help with the age-related loss of collagen.

1340 to 1430: Power Hour- Curls ‘n Crunches, Booty Build.

All genders and levels are welcome.

Focusing on those areas of the body that tend to lose muscle mass quickly.
